Fifteen years ago, after the birth of my daughter, my healing journey truly began. Motherhood awakened something in me—a deep need to question everything I had been taught, especially the stories my family told that never seemed to add up. As I searched for answers, I found myself on a path of self-discovery, uncovering truths that had been buried beneath years of conditioning.
Through my research and introspection, I came to understand that we are spiritual beings having a human experience, carrying within us an abundance of power and dormant knowledge. The pain I endured wasn’t just personal—it was generational, passed down through unhealed wounds. I realized that to move forward, I had to break the cycle. That meant balancing my mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical health in a way I had never done before.
Healing wasn’t just about moving on; it was about going within. It was about acknowledging the trauma inflicted by those who claimed to love me and finding peace with the past without allowing it to define my future. The process of unlearning and relearning changed everything for me. I learned to release the lies I once believed, not with shame, but with grace—because we only know what we know at the time.
